EC<\/a> on the management of WEEE.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/Regulamentul-699-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Regulation 699\/2017<\/a> establishing a common methodology for calculating the weight of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) placed on the market of each Member State and a common methodology for calculating the amount of the generated waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>National legislation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ordonanta-de-urgenta-nr-5-2015-privind-deseurile-de-echipamente-electrice-si-electronice-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GEO 5\/2015<\/a> , aprobat\u0103 cu modific\u0103ri \u0219i complet\u0103ri prin Legea 127\/2024, privind de\u015feurile de echipamente electrice \u015fi electronice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/legislatie.just.ro\/Public\/DetaliiDocument\/239798\">OM nr. 417\/2021<\/a> pentru aprobarea listei standardelor rom\u00e2ne care adopt\u0103 standardele europene \u0219i a standardelor rom\u00e2ne originale privind tratarea, reciclarea, valorificarea \u0219i preg\u0103tirea pentru reutilizare a de\u0219eurilor de echipamente electrice \u0219i electronice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ordinul-nr-1494-846-2016-pentru-aprobarea-procedurii-si-criteriilor-de-acordare-a-licentei-de-operare-revizuire-vizare-anuala-si-anulare-a-licentei-de-operare-a-organizatiilor-colective-si-de-aprobare.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OM 1494\/2016<\/a> on approving the procedure and criteria for evaluation and authorization of collective organizations in order to take responsibility for achieving the annual objectives of collection, reuse, recycling and recovery of waste electrical and electronic equipment, with amendments and subsequent additions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Ordinul-nr.-3.199_3.477_2024.pdf\">OM 3199\/3477\/2024<\/a> regarding the amendment of annex no. 1 to OM no. 1.494\/846\/2016<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OM1441-2011GarantiiFinanciareProducatoriEEE.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OM 1441\/2011<\/a> regarding the establishment of the methodology for establishing and managing the financial guarantee for the producers of electrical and electronic equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ordinul-nr-2413-2016-privind-modificarea-ordinului-ministrului-mediului-si-gospodaririi-apelor-nr-578-2006-pentru-aprobarea-metodologiei-de-calcul-al-contributiilor-si-taxelor-datorate-la-fondul-pentr.pdf\">OM 2413\/2016<\/a> for amending the methodology for calculating contributions to the Environmental Fund;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ordinul-nr-1503-2017-privind-modificarea-si-completarea-ordinului-ministrului-mediului-si-gospodaririi-apelor-nr-578-2006-pentru-aprobarea-metodologiei-de-calcul-al-contributiilor-si-taxelor-datorate-.pdf\">OM 1503\/2017<\/a> regarding monthly and annual reporting obligations for EEE\/WEEE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OM 269\/2019<\/a> on the approval of the Procedure for establishing the registration, reporting, frequency of reporting to the National Register of Producers, as well as the way of recording and reporting the information provided in art. 9 para. (4) and to art. 27 para. (6) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 5\/2015 on waste electrical and electronic equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OM-556-2006.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OM 556\/2006<\/a> regarding the specific marking applied to electrical and electronic equipment introduced on the market after December 31, 2006<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/OM-739-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OM 739\/2017<\/a> privind aprobarea Procedurii de \u00eenregistrare a operatorilor economici care nu se supun autoriz\u0103rii de mediu conform prevederilor Legii nr. 211\/2011 privind regimul de\u015feurilor. Legea nr. 211\/2011 privind regimul de\u0219eurilor a fost abrogat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenlocuit\u0103 de OUG nr. 92\/2021 privind regimul de\u0219eurilor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a
