{"id":36,"date":"2021-03-19T12:15:00","date_gmt":"2021-03-19T12:15:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging-env003.joebbit.com\/?page_id=36"},"modified":"2026-06-22T12:38:14","modified_gmt":"2026-06-22T12:38:14","slug":"obligatiile-producatorilor","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/en\/obligatiile-producatorilor\/","title":{"rendered":"Producers obligations"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-cover is-light\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"355\" class=\"wp-block-cover__image-background wp-image-375\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/shutterstock_382193284.jpg\" data-object-fit=\"cover\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/shutterstock_382193284.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/shutterstock_382193284-300x107.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/shutterstock_382193284-768x273.jpg 768w, https:\/\/cnree.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/shutterstock_382193284-16x6.jpg 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><span aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-cover__background has-background-dim-20 has-background-dim\"><\/span><div class=\"wp-block-cover__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-cover-is-layout-flow\">\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" style=\"font-size:45px\"><strong>Producers obligations<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a collective organization of producers, CNREE Association offers its members the guarantee of fulfilling their legal obligations regarding the responsible management of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) respecting the European quality standards, and ensuring process traceability, recycling and repurposing of collected waste in an efficient and transparent manner, and at competitive rates.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conform prevederilor OUG 5\/2015, aprobat\u0103 cu modific\u0103ri \u0219i complet\u0103ri prin Legea 127\/2024, obliga\u021biile produc\u0103torilor sunt urm\u0103toarele:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00cenregistrarea companiei \u00een Registrul Agen\u0163iei Na\u0163ionale pentru Mediu \u0219i Arii Protejate (ANMAP) ca Produc\u0103tor de echipamente EEE, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd num\u0103r de \u00eenregistrare;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing the registration number to the distribution networks which EEE are traded through;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly reporting and declaring the EEE quantities placed on the market to the environmental authorities and to the authorized collective organization they have a contract with;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing the monthly statement regarding the EEE placed on the market to the Environment Fund Administration (EFA) both through the application available on the EFA website: http:\/\/www.afm.ro\/declaratii.php and on paper (in original) at the EFA headquarters; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.afm.ro\/declaratii.php\">http:\/\/www.afm.ro\/declaratii.php<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizarea ratelor minime de colectare \u00een mod individual sau prin afilierea la o organiza\u021bie colectiv\u0103 conform Art. 17 \u0219i anexa 6 din OUG 5\/2015, aprobat\u0103 cu modific\u0103ri \u0219i complet\u0103ri prin Legea 127\/2024,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informing consumers by any means on:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The costs of collection, treatment and disposal protecting the environment, by highlighting these costs separately when selling the EEE;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The possibility to dispense a WEEE free of charge in a \u201cone-to-one\u201d equipment collection system, when buying a new product, under the same conditions as the delivery of the new product if the equipment is equivalent and has fulfilled the same functions as the newly supplied equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The obligation to collect WEEE separately and not to dispose of WEEE together with unsorted household waste;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The application of a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol; <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>DISTRIBUTORS\u2019 OBLIGATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Obtaining the manufacturer registration number issued by ANMAP before selling any EEE equipment in stores;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Informing the consumers by any means possible about the costs of collection, treatment and disposal taking into consideration the protection of the environment, by separately highlighting these costs when selling EEE according to the producers' instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Simplifying the process of dispensing the used WEEE in a \"one-to-one\" system for consumers, when providing a new product free of charge, under the same conditions as the delivery of the new product if the equipment is equivalent and has fulfilled the same functions as the newly supplied equipment;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispensing the collected WEEE at least free of charge to the collective organizations of producers and\/ or to the authorized collection points they have a contract with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/europa.eu\/youreurope\/business\/product-requirements\/recycling-waste-management\/weee-responsibilities\/index_ro.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Informa\u021bii \u00eencadrare produse (Ghidul Oficial Your Europe)<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Platforma digital\u0103 a Uniunii Europene care v\u0103 ajut\u0103 s\u0103 verifica\u021bi dac\u0103 produsele dumneavoastr\u0103 se \u00eencadreaz\u0103 \u00een cele 6 categorii de echipamente electrice supuse obliga\u021biilor DEEE (\u201eOpen Scope\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/RO\/TXT\/?uri=CELEX:32024L0884\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FAQ Comisia European\u0103 DEEE &#8211;
