WeArEco.ro – now just a click away

Bucharest, September 18, 2023

On Sunday, September 17, in Mihai I Park (Herăstrău), we had the pleasure of officially launching the WEARECO recycling application, an initiative of the CNREE Association, in an event that brought together many Bucharest residents of all ages. The launch of the application represented a moment of joy and commitment to protecting the environment in the Capital and beyond. In perspective the C.N.R.E.E. Association intends to expand the use of the application at the national level depending on the interest shown by the partners.

With a growing number of people aware of the importance of recycling and conserving the environment, we were delighted to see how much interest there is in this vital cause. Most of the participants in the event confirmed that they make constant efforts to recycle and emphasized the importance of this gesture in terms of the health of our planet.

At the same time, we also listened carefully to the opinion of those who have not yet been involved in the recycling process. Some mentioned that they perceive the recycling process as complicated, while others noted that there is a lack of accessible collection points for used items.

We are pleased to present our innovative solution, WEARECO.ro, a state-of-the-art, user-friendly application that simplifies the recycling process for all residents. With just a few clicks, users can request that our team pick up used equipment such as televisions, washing machines, refrigerators and more, thus contributing to a cleaner and more sustainable environment.

WEARECO.ro is committed to facilitating and promoting recycling in our community. Through this app, we want to build a greener future and educate people about the importance of being environmentally responsible.
