This information concerns the collection and use / processing of personal data by the CNREE operator in carrying out its current activity (taking over the legal responsibilities from the producers regarding the recycling WEEE) and is addressed to:
a) natural persons, who, as representatives or contact persons of some legal entities, us communicate personal data;
b) to adults (who have reached the age of 18), who request, through various channels such as website, email, telephone, social networks) information regarding our activity;

The National Center for Electrical and Electronics Recycling Association is a collective, non-governmental and non-profit organization, headquartered in 119 Stirbei Voda Street, Bucharest, Sector 1. In carrying out our current activity, individuals may provide us with personal data in various ways situations. Such data can be: name, surname, email address, telephone, position, signature or image. Refusal to provide the necessary personal data may result in our inability to fulfill either execution of the contract, or the actions you requested from us.

We use this personal data for the sole purpose of carrying out our activity. In practice, this purpose generally translates, as the case may be, into the following concrete purposes:

• to conclude or execute the contract of transfer of responsibility according to the legal provisions;
• to keep you informed about legislative changes, environmental news and activity our, by sending periodically, maximum 2 times a month, newsletters to the email address;
• to communicate by e-mail and / or sms, the actions we organize or to which we are partners;
• to invite you, by e-mail or sms, to participate in our collection programs;
• to invite you, by e-mail or sms, to participate in our marketing campaigns;
• to exercise other rights and execute obligations from the contract signed between us and the entity you represent;
• to respond to your requests, urges that you address to us through the site, by phone or in person;
• to communicate publicly information and images about the events organized by us (publishing photos and video materials on digital channels to promote our activity, including on social networks).

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:

Execution of a contract or steps before concluding a contract - for representatives and the contact persons of the legal entities with which we have signed the “Association contract in order to take over the legal responsibilities of the manufacturer regarding the management of waste electrical equipment and electronic ”, the legal basis of the processing is this contract and for those who contact us in order accession to CNREE and the signing of such a contract, the legal basis for the processing of personal data are themselves your efforts to this end.

Consent - for individuals who do not fall into the above category and who provide us accidentally personal data by filling in a form on the site, the legal basis, based on which we process this data, it is your consent, which you gave us at the time you completed with your personal data the registration form on the site and you ticked the acknowledgment of this information. We inform you that you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent (according to point 6), without this affecting the legality of the previous processing.

Legitimate interest and / or consent - for individuals participating in our events and to whom we collect and use the image by taking photos and video recordings, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in promoting our activity, in the case of the respective ambient images your consent in the case of close-up images. Consent in this case, given for the purpose that its image can be used by us in public communications by publishing photos and videos on various communication channels, it can be expressed explicitly in writing or through various actions of yours by which you obviously show agreement to be photographed (eg by positioning yourself in front panels dedicated to photography, your attitude towards the photographer or the video camera).

The storage period of personal data is directly related to the purpose for which they are collected respectively processed. Thus, for the persons whose data are processed by us under the Contract of association mentioned above, data processing will cease no later than 12 months from the age of 10 (ten) years from the end of the financial year in which the contract ended, in order to be able to comply with the obligations legal and fiscal for the duration provided by the applicable laws.

The data processed based on your consent, in order to respond to your requests, urges which you send us, are processed for the time necessary to fulfill this purpose, after which they will be deleted in maximum 3 months.

Data about your image that has been made public on our sites and / or our pages social media, are kept for 3 years (calculated from 1 January of the year following the event) after which they will be deleted in maximum 3 months. In this case it is important to mention that the materials that include the image and have been made public through these communication channels, may be taken over by others operators and CNREE has no control over how they will use this data.

Your data is not disclosed to any other entity for direct marketing purposes.

We may disclose your data to public authorities or courts, to the extent that it is necessary to comply with the law (for example to comply with a court decision or a control of a competent authority), respectively to protect our rights. In the event that our data is accessed by our contractual partners provides outsourced services (for example those through which we do waste collection, IT services, organization events, photo / video services, lawyers, auditors, etc.), so-called proxies, they have the obligation (legal and contractual) to ensure the confidentiality and security of the respective data and not to use them for any other purpose than the one in which you gave them to us. In the event that this partner is outside the European Economic Area, we assure you that the transfer will be made in compliance with the legal provisions applicable in this matter.

You benefit from the following rights in relation to the data you have provided to us:

Withdrawal of consent when your personal data is processed by us in the database of your consent, you have the right at any time to withdraw your consent by sending a email in this regard to the address in point 10. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the legality of processing previous.
The right of access means that you have the right to obtain a confirmation from us that we process or not personal data concerning you and, if so, you can gain access to that data and to information on how they are processed.
The right to rectification refers to the correction or completion of inaccurate personal data or incomplete.
The right to delete data ("the right to be forgotten") means that you have the right to ask us to delete you personal data. Given that the deletion of data can be done under certain conditions regulated by law, we will analyze your request in relation to these provisions and we will return in writing within the legal term regarding what data we can delete.

The right to restrict processing may be exercised if:
i) contest the accuracy of your data, for a period that allows us to verify their correctness;
ii) the processing is illegal and you object to the deletion of the data, requesting instead the restriction their processing;
iii) we no longer need personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for finding,exercising or defending a right in court;
iv) you have objected to the processing, and you also need to restrict it while we check whether the interest ours prevails your interest.

Right to object you can object at any time to the processing of your data if the processing does not take place it is based on your consent but on our legitimate interests or those of a third party.
We will analyze your request in relation to the legal provisions and we will return in writing within the legal term.
The right to data portability refers to the right you have under certain conditions to receive data you in a structured format and the right to have this data transmitted directly to another operator.
